Dragii mei, pentru ca mi-ati cerut o reteta de sos aioli mi-am facut timp si am preparat-o pentru voi. Sosul aioli este un sos provencal pe baza de ulei de masline si usturoi care care se mai adauga galbenus de ou si mustar, acestea din urma fiind optionale. Eu prepar acest sos amestecand uleiul de masline cu ulei de floarea soareui pentru ca aroma uleiului de masline poate fi prea puternica si poate amara sosul.
