  1. Flour 3 cups

Break 1 whole egg and 2 yolks into a bowl. Beat with a mixer or whisk until a light foam is formed. Add sugar, mix. Dice the soft butter and add to the bowl. Add the sifted flour. Pour soda and sugar into the flour. Knead the dough. It turns out soft, but does not stick to your hands. We wrap the test in a film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. We take out the dough from the refrigerator and separate about 1/5 part for the strips. Sprinkle the working surface with flour and roll out the dough 1.5 cm thick. Sprinkle the baking dish with flour and place the dough in the mold, distributing it along the bottom of the mold, forming sides approximately 1 cm high. We spread Nutella, distributing it evenly. Roll out the smaller dough 1 cm thick and cut the strips. Put the strips on the dough. We put in the oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. We take out of the oven and let cool.
