- Fresh spinach 1 handful
- Avocado 1/2 pieces
- 1/2 chicken breast (without skin and bones)
- Peach 1 piece

Foil, plate, knife, colander, board.
Step 1: bake the chicken breast.
First, I cleaned half the breast from skin and bones, washed, dried, rubbed with spices, wrapped in foil and sent to a preheated oven on 30 minutesso that it bakes properly.
After baking, let the fillet cool slightly.
Step 2: prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Rinse and dry the spinach leaves.
Put greens nicely on a plate.
Wash the peach, cut in half and cut into thin slices, lay beautifully on a plate.
Peel the avocado from the skin with the same slices as a peach and lay on top of the fruit slices.
Step 3: serve a diet salad with breast and peach.
Cut the chicken into pieces and place in the center of the composition. Everything! The salad is ready, you can serve it to the table! This is a great, super diet lunch or breakfast. It is healthy, tasty and simple.
