I had the thought of Poliana's pie, and since I had some zucchini and cheese just right for a tart, I got to work. Now I don't really know if it's a tart or a pie, the idea is that it's very good and the guests liked it very much.

  • 2 zucchini (500 gr)
  • 2 carrots
  • A few slices of donut
  • Corn grains
  • Peas
  • 200 gr cow's milk
  • 150 gr cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Dill and green parsley
  • Salt, pepper, curry

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE Tart with cheese and vegetables:

I cleaned the zucchini and put it on the grater. So did the carrots.

I put a little salt on the zucchini and drained the juice.

I mixed the zucchini, the carrot, and the rest of the vegetables. I also added the greens. I seasoned them.

I mixed eggs with cream and flour.

In the egg mixture I put the grated cheese and telemeau.

I then mixed the two compositions.

I put the mixture in a tray lined with flour and left it in the oven for about 40 minutes, until it browns nicely on top.

Serve cold.
