  1. Chicken liver 500 grams
  2. Red onion 1 piece
  3. 3 carrots
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the chicken liver, peel and cut into small pieces. Cut the onions with feathers, and carrots with thick straws (approximately 0.5 cm in thickness).
Put the liver, onion and carrots in a baking dish, add butter, salt and pepper. Mix vegetables and liver thoroughly to distribute oil and spices.

Step 2: bake the liver with onions and carrots.
