Step 1: chop the pepper.

Wash peppers and remove ponytails and seeds with whitish walls. Peel the peppers well and cut them into large slices.
Step 2: put the seasonings in the jar.

At the bottom of the can, put all the greens, coarsely chopped cloves of garlic and pieces of horseradish.
Step 3: pour pepper with brine.

On top of greens, horseradish and garlic, lay slices of peppers tightly together.
Boil water and salt in a saucepan. Stir and boil for a couple of minutes.

Pour the peppers with hot brine, tighten the jars well and turn them downside down. Wrap and let cool to room temperature. Then store the cans in a dark and cool place.
Step 4: serve the salted peppers for the winter.

Serve the pepper salted for the winter as a snack or as an addition to the side dish, or you can add it to sandwiches. Delicious.
Enjoy your meal!
