Step 1.

Peel the potatoes and put in the pan, add water and salt, bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low, cook until tender for 20-25 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the meat into strips. Onion cut into half rings. Mushrooms cut into 4-5 mm plates.

Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil and heat well, add meat and fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes. If you do not have beef tenderloin, then the meat must be stewed until tender so that it becomes soft. Remove the meat from the pan.

Put the onions in the same pan and fry for 1 minute.

Add mushrooms, 30 g butter, preferably melted, pepper and salt, cover with a lid and fry for 5 minutes over low heat.

Add flour and mix so that there are no lumps.

Add 200 ml of broth and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add sour cream and mix.

Add the fried meat, mix and fry for 1-2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.

Step 10

Turn off the heat under the pan and remove from the stove.

Drain the water from the potato and potato pan, add 50 g butter, mash the potatoes until mashed.

Step 12

Add 100 ml in mashed potatoes. warm milk and mix. If necessary, add salt to taste. A delicious dinner is ready. Enjoy your meal!
