For steaks

  1. Salmon 2 steaks
  2. Parsley 4-5 branches
  3. Basil 4-5 leaves
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Sweet paprika to taste
  7. Garlic 1 clove
  8. Lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons
  9. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

For mushrooms

  1. Champignons 400 grams
  2. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. Balsamic sauce 1 tablespoon
  6. Bay leaf 1 piece
  7. Dill 2 branches

Step 1: cook the steaks.

Wash, dry and salmon on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

In a small plate, mix chopped parsley and basil leaves, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika. And with this mixture, cover the salmon steaks on both sides.
