Cooking:

We clean mackerel (or other fish) from the skin, fins and entrails, rinse and cut into pieces (if desired, you can remove the bones). Cut the onion into rings. Cover the baking dish with parchment, first spread the onion rings, green beans.

Cauliflower and garlic on top, wrap everything in parchment, fasten with skewers. Sent in the oven for 25 minutes at 180C.
