  1. Flour 700 g.
  2. Salt 1.5 tsp
  3. Water (warm) 350 ml.
  4. Butter (melted) 100 g.
  5. Onion (large) 1 pc.
  • Main ingredients: Onion, Butter, Flour
  • Serving 6 servings

We will dissolve salt in water and begin to add flour a little. Knead the dough, while it should not stick to your hands. Flour may be required more or less, so we introduce it gradually.

Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes.

Chop the onion not very large. You can add salt and pepper.

Then the rested dough is divided into 6 parts.

Roll each part of the dough into a cake, grease well with melted butter, sprinkle with onion and turn into a roll.

Then we roll the rolls in the shape of a snail and put our billets in the freezer for 20 minutes. You can put in the refrigerator, then it will take 2-3 hours. It is necessary that the oil hardens and the dough is layered.

After 20 minutes, we take out the blanks and roll each into a flat cake.

Fry in a dry frying pan until cooked on both sides.

Grease the finished hot cakes with a piece of butter and serve. Most delicious they have just been cooked.

Delicious puff cakes are ready! Enjoy your meal!
