Korzh:

Cream:
- Milk 750 ml
- Butter 200 g
- Sugar 1.5 stack. (200ml)
- Yolks 2 pcs.

- Marmalade lemon slices 5 pcs.
- Confectionery sweets raspberry 8 pcs.
- Dry poppy 1 tsp.

Cooking process:
1. Prepare the dough: beat eggs with sugar until a lush white mass, then add melted butter at room temperature.
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flour, poppy seeds, vanillin.
3. Gently mix the liquid ingredients into the dry.
4. Put the dough in a mold greased with oil and send it to the preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
5. Prepare the cream: grind the yolks with sugar, add warm milk, vanillin and flour. Stir so that there are no lumps and set on fire, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
6. Cool the cream and add softened butter to it.
7. Cut the cake into 2 parts using a thread.
8. Each cake is generously greased with cream, covered with cling film and sent to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or better at night (I recommend collecting the cake in a detachable form, as I did).
9. Remove the cake from the mold and grease the sides of the cake with cream. We decorate at our discretion.
