Cooking:

Roll out the puff pastry dough in a thin circle and spread it on the bottom of the mold greased with butter. We prepare the first filling by mixing the grated hard cheese with cottage cheese, eggs and salt. We lay out a round deep bowl or bowl with cling film and fill it with filling. We take out the cheese filling and cut into 4 parts, obtaining neat triangles. We spread the filling on the yeast dough leaving the space between the slices. On top we cover with another layer of dough as shown in the video. We send it to the oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes so that the top of the dough is slightly browned but the shape does not blur. While the cake is in the oven, prepare the top layer. Mix the eggs with milk and salt. If you wish, you can add a little finely chopped ham. Pour the cake on top with the resulting mixture and send it to the oven for another 30 minutes. If necessary, you can temporarily cover the top of the cake with foil.
