Ingredients

  1. Chicken 1 pc. (approximately 1.5 kg)
  2. Chicken liver 900 gr
  3. Spices for chicken to taste
  4. Eggs 3 pcs.
  5. Rusks for breading 6 tbsp
  6. Fresh rosemary 5-6 branches
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Garlic salt to taste
  9. Freshly ground pepper to taste
  10. Vegetable oil optional

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the liver.


Rinse the chicken liver, dry and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, lay the chicken liver and cook until it changes color. When the liver is already covered with a light blush (it is still raw inside), add pepper, salt, garlic salt and rosemary.
Remove from heat and cool.

Add chicken eggs and breadcrumbs to the cooled liver. Mix well.

Step 2: prepare the chicken.


Cut the chicken in the back and remove the ridge and ribs from it. This is not so difficult, the main thing is to carefully cut all the meat from the bones without haste.
Rub the chicken inside with spices mixed with butter.

Step 3: stuff the chicken with the liver.


Stuff the chicken with the liver. Tie the hind legs together and sew the cut area carefully. Attach the wings to the body with toothpicks to make the chicken look beautiful.

Step 4: bake the liver stuffed chicken.


Place stuffed chicken on a greased baking sheet with the seam down. Oil the chicken outside too (and sprinkle with spices, of course).
Bake in preheated until 180 degrees oven for 90 minutesby periodically pouring on top of the chicken juice that it gives off.

Step 5: Serve the liver stuffed chicken.


After baking, the chicken should be given a little rest. Then be sure to remove all the threads and toothpicks, cut the chicken into slices and serve.
