For minced meat

  1. beef 700 g
  2. bow 3 pcs
  3. boiled rice 1 cup
  4. salt to taste
  5. ground black pepper to taste

For potatoes

  1. boiled potatoes 1 kg
  2. onion 2 pcs.
  3. carrots 1 pc
  4. tomato paste 1 tbsp
  5. tomato juice 1 cup
  6. salt to taste

Boil potatoes until half ready.

While the potatoes are being cooked, we make minced meat: we grind beef, greens and onions. Add salt, pepper, a little fried onion with carrots, boiled rice. All mix well. We form meatballs and bread in flour. Fry meatballs in vegetable oil until golden brown.

In preheated vegetable oil, fry the onions and carrots. Add the tomato paste with a tablespoon of water, and pour the tomato juice. Add salt, pepper and simmer until tender.

In the prepared form we spread the potatoes, then the meatballs, pour the prepared sauce. Add some water or broth. We cover the form with foil and put in a preheated oven to 180 °.
Bake until fully cooked. Serve hot on the table. Enjoy your meal!
