Grilled Ribs Ingredients

  1. Pork ribs 1.5 kilograms
  2. Honey flower 2 tablespoons
  3. Salt 1 teaspoon
  4. Soy sauce 5 tablespoons
  5. Lemon juice with 1/2 lemon
  6. Hot red pepper 3/4 teaspoon
  7. Vegetable oil (canola) 5 tablespoons

Grill, fat pan, plate, tablespoon, tongs.


Step 1: prepare the marinade.

Mix honey, salt, soy sauce, lemon juice and salt with hot pepper in a deep bowl. Mix very well to make the marinade homogeneous.

Step 2: pickle the ribs.

Cut the pork ribs into small pieces, so it’s more convenient to pickle and grill over then. Send the meat to the marinade and mix well together so that each piece is covered with spices.
Close the container with ribs and leave it in the refrigerator at least for the night (or for the day if you plan to grill in the evening).

Step 3: grill the ribs.

Place a drip pan under the ribs, heat the grill and send the meat to bake. Turn the ribs over with tongs every 5 minutes, approximately so that they are evenly fried on all sides. You yourself will see the degree of readiness and control it. If in doubt, pierce the rib with a knife, the juice flowing from the meat should be transparent.
Optionally, you can water the ribs with the remaining marinade in the cooking process.

Step 4: serve the ribs on the grill.

Grill the ribs before serving and wrap in foil and let them stand for a while. Then you can start the meal, with sauce, some light salad and in good company.

- To bake the ribs in the oven, put them on parchment for baking and cook at a temperature of 160 degrees for 1 hour, and then 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
