Inventory:
baking sheet, rolling pin, knife
Cooking:
Pour sugar, yeast and salt into a deep dish. Add warm water and mix well until the yeast dissolves.
Pouring flour gradually, mix with a spatula, and then with your hands. Knead the dough. Lubricate the hands with vegetable oil and roll the dough into a ball. Cover with a towel and leave warm for 1 hour.
While the dough is “resting”, prepare the filling. We chop onion, dill. Put in a bowl. Add cottage cheese, salt and eggs. Mix well.
After time, divide the dough into 6 parts. We roll each piece into a rectangular layer. Roll out as thin as possible.
Lubricate the surface of the dough with sunflower oil and lay the filling on the edge. Roll the roll from the dough, and then roll the finished roll into the shape of the letter "S".
Put on a baking sheet and send to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. It all depends on your oven. See that they turn golden, but not burnt.
