  1. Puff pastry 250 g
  2. Chicken fillet 0.5 pcs.
  3. Onion 1pcs.
  4. Hard cheese 100 g
  5. Egg 1 pc.
  6. Sour cream 3 tbsp
  7. Flour 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste

Step 1 - Dough.

Defrost and roll out the dough. Cut a glass of 12 circles. In 6 circles, cut a further 6 circles with a glass of smaller diameter. Grease the edges of the circles with egg white and put rings previously cut from the dough on top.

Step 2 - Bake the baskets.

We bake the resulting baskets on a baking sheet covered with parchment and greased with vegetable oil, at a temperature of 220 degrees 10-15 minutes.

Step 3 - Filling.

Dice the onion and chicken. Grate the cheese. Fry the onion until golden brown, add the chicken and fry until almost ready. 5 minutes before cooking, add sour cream, flour, salt, pepper. Cook another 5 minutes.

Step 4 - Form the baskets.

In the center of the baskets we crush the middle with a spoon. Put the filling and sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Enjoy your meal!
