  1. Potato 900 g
  2. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  3. Butter 30 g
  4. Dried garlic 1 tsp
  5. Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt 1.5 tsp
  7. Sweet paprika 1 tsp

Step 1.

Peel and cut the potatoes into 2 parts.

Step 2

Put on a plate, close the lid and put in the microwave in 800 W mode for 4 minutes.

Step 3

Cool the potatoes a bit to cut into pieces.

Step 4

Preheat the pan, add vegetable and butter.

Step 5

Put chopped potatoes in a pan and fry on medium heat for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then mix and continue to fry for another 1-2 minutes, often do not stir.

Step 6

Add garlic, pepper, salt, mix and fry the potatoes for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 7

Add dried paprika and fry over low heat until cooked, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The potato should turn out with a crisp and soft inside.

Step 8

Serve hot. Sprinkle potatoes with chopped green onions before serving.
