3 pizza ingredients:

  1. Flour 320 g
  2. Water 180 ml
  3. Instant teaspoon 1.5 tsp
  4. 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. Salt 7 g
  6. Sugar 5 g

For the sauce:

  1. ‍Grated tomatoes 200 g
  2. Sugar 1 tbsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Dried garlic 1 tsp
  5. Ground black pepper ½ tsp
  6. Oregano 3 tsp
  7. Mozzarella Cheese 300 g
  8. Pepperoni sausage (spicy salami) 200 g

Step 1.

Sift flour into a bowl, add yeast, sugar, salt and mix everything.

Step 2

Add warm water and olive oil, mix all the ingredients with a spoon in a bowl, and then, knead the dough with your hands until smooth for several minutes, sprinkle with flour until the dough stops sticking to the surface and hands.

Step 3

Leave the dough for 15 minutes in a warm place.

Step 4

Add the sugar, salt, garlic, black pepper and oregano to the mashed tomatoes. Stir and heat on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Divide the dough into three parts and roll each cake with a rolling pin, the cake should be thin, about 5 mm thick.

Step 6

Using a knife, cut out a flat circle from the cake, the size of a pan in which you will cook pizza.

Step 7

Heat the pan over low heat and gently lay the prepared cake in it, pierce the cake with a fork in several places, reduce the heat to the weakest and bake the cake in a dry frying pan for 3 minutes on low heat, on each side.

Step 8

Spread the cake with a thin layer of cooked sauce, stepping 1 centimeter from the edge.

Step 9

Add 1 tsp to the pizza sauce oregano and spread evenly over the surface.

Step 10

Sprinkle evenly with grated mozzarella.

Step 11

Put round slices of sausage and sliced ​​tomatoes on mozzarella.

Step 12

Cover and fry over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Pizza is ready.
