Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Put millet in a strainer and rinse with running water.
Rinse, drain, and cut into small cubes.

Step 2: cook millet porridge with honey and plums.

In a small saucepan, warm the milk over low heat, add the millet and cook, stirring constantly. If the porridge becomes too dry during cooking, add a little hot water. Be sure to follow the process, as cereals are very moody and love to burn. Cook 15-20 minutes.
Add slices of plums to the hot porridge, remove from heat and stir. Wait until the porridge cools down and becomes sufficient temperature to eat without burning. Add honey and serve.

Step 3: serve millet porridge with honey and plums.

Millet porridge with honey and plums is best eaten for breakfast in order to recharge your batteries for the whole day.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of plums, you can use ripe berries, apricots and bananas. Apples and pears are too hard, it is better to extinguish until soft before adding to the porridge.
