Step 1 - Cook the marinade.

Mix oregano, thyme, black pepper and olive oil.

Step 2 - Pickle.

Salt the tuna fillet on both sides, marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3 - Roasting.

We spread the fish in a heated pan or grill and fry to the desired degree of readiness (not too long, otherwise the tuna will be stiff. Approximate time - 2 minutes on each side). Serve with a side dish of fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
