Strawberry and Avocado Salsa Ingredients
- Fresh strawberry 1 pack
- Avocado 1 piece
- Red onion (finely chopped) 2-3 tablespoons
- Jalapeno 1 piece (small)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Lime (juice) 1/2 piece
- Fresh cilantro to taste

- Serving 4 servings
Knife, cutting board, plate, tablespoon.
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Rinse greens and jalapenos, peel the onions and put all the ingredients closer, as salsa is prepared very quickly, because the avocado will soon darken after slicing.
Step 2: chop the strawberries.
Rinse the strawberries first.
After washing, cut or tear off the green ponytails.
Divide each berry in half, and then cut each half into small cubes.
Pour strawberries into a salad bowl.
The main highlight of salsa is that all the ingredients for it are sliced very finely, because it is considered a sauce, not a salad.
Step 3: chop the onion.
Cut the red onion into very small cubes.
Send chopped onions in a plate to the strawberries.
Step 4: chop the jalapenos.
Peel the jalapenos from the seeds and cut the tail, and then, you guessed it, finely chop the pepper ...
... and send him to the salad bowl.
Step 5: chop the avocado.
Halve the avocados and make square cuts in the pulp.
Then a teaspoon, just remove the chopped pulp from the skin.
Step 6: season the strawberry and avocado salsa.
Salt the salsa.
Squeeze the juice from half the lime into the sauce.
And mix everything very carefully. Be sure to try at the end if there is enough salt.
Garnish with finely chopped green cilantro on top, and serve.

Strawberry and avocado salsa is fish sauce in the first place, but, as I said in the introduction, no one will stop you if you serve it as a salad with pita bread, tortillas or just bread.
