For cooking chicken

  1. Chicken fillet 4 pcs. (400 gr)
  2. Vegetable oil 5 g
  3. Parsley to taste
  4. Dill to taste
  5. Garlic to taste
  6. Honey 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste

For salad

  1. Avocado 70 g
  2. Cocktail tomatoes 150 g
  3. Green onion 4 pcs.
  4. Lime juice 40 g
  5. Salad mix 70 g
  6. 4 slices rye bread
  7. Salt to taste

Step 1: prepare the salad.

Dice the peeled avocado and mix it with lime juice so that the flesh does not darken.
Arrange avocado slices on lettuce leaves, add cherry tomatoes and green onions, cut in half. Salt, mix.
Fry slices of rye bread in a toaster or oven until crisp.

Step 2: bake the chicken.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut it into large pieces, dividing the fillet lengthwise. Combine the oil with honey, chopped garlic and finely chopped herbs. Lubricate the chicken fillet with this marinade and leave on 30 minutes at room temperature.
After bake in a preheated oven (possible in grill mode) until cooked.

Step 3: serve a vegetable salad with avocado and chicken.

Put the chicken fillet on the salad, add the rye toast and enjoy a deliciously tasty and healthy dish.
