  1. Cod 2-4 fillets
  2. Zucchini 1 pc.
  3. Tomatoes 3 pcs.
  4. Green Asparagus 10 pcs.
  5. Green onion (with onion) 1 pc.
  6. Olive oil 4 tbsp
  7. Butter 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste

Step 1: bake vegetables.

Cut zucchini into thin slices. Crush tomatoes into large slices. Cut the wood ends from the asparagus and cut it into pieces.
Put vegetables in a baking dish, pour vegetable oil on top, salt, pepper and bake when 200 degrees during 15 minutesuntil the vegetables are soft and slightly fried.

Step 2: bake cod with vegetables.

On top of the vegetables, put the cod fillet, salt, pepper the fish, add butter, lemon slices and sprigs of fragrant greens to it (optional). Bake in preheated 200 degrees oven for another 15 minutes.
When the fish and vegetables are cooked, remove it from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
