A hen

  1. Chicken Breast 800 gr.

For marinade

  1. garlic 2-3 tooth
  2. Suneli hops 1/3 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ground black pepper to taste

For breading

  1. Flour 60 gr.
  2. Corn flakes 100-120 gr.
  3. Breadcrumbs 100-120 gr.
  4. Eggs 2-3 pcs.

Chicken fillet or other part of the chicken cut lengthwise into strips. Salt and pepper to taste, add suneli hops, chopped garlic. Mix everything. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably for 2-3 hours.

Shake the egg with a fork for breading. In a separate, convenient container, mix breadcrumbs and crispy corn flakes.

Dip the strips of meat in flour, then in the egg and in a crispy breading.

Lay strips of meat on a baking sheet covered with parchment, a short distance from each other. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 * C at an average level of 20 minutes. Serve with any sauce.
