Ingredients for Cooking Onion Snacks with Chicken Breast Filling
- Onion 4 pcs.
- Cornmeal 60 grams
- Wheat flour 70 grams
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
- Water 120 ml
- Chicken Breast 200 g
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Coriander 0.5 tsp
- Turmeric 0.5 tsp
- Red pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Cooking an onion appetizer stuffed with chicken breast:Cut the chicken breast into small portions.
Cut the onion and fry it until golden.
We put the onions in the bowl, add the corn and wheat flour, water, oil, lemon juice, spices. Mix well.
Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil. We spread a spoonful of the mixture, then a piece of chicken (we didn’t marinate, but it’s tastier if you marinate the chicken in soy sauce for a couple of hours, it will be juicier) and one more spoon of the mixture on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees 35 minutes.
We ate them hot, did not have time to cool down with tomato or sour cream sauce, you lick your fingers! Enjoy your meal!
