Baking dish, kitchen knife, mixer, plate, tablespoon, parchment for baking.

Making a Kiwi Cupcake:

Step 1: Separate the whites from the yolks.

First, carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. Pour them into different bowls.

You can use a special separator, or you can simply carefully transfer the yolk from the shell to the shell, draining the protein.

Step 2: beat the whites.

Beat the whites, gradually adding sugar to the thick foam, as on meringue, but not as steep.

Step 3: knead the dough.

Beat the yolks separately and gradually mix them with protein foam, and then add the flour with baking powder for the dough and butter. Add one spoon each to make it more convenient to stir.
You should get a homogeneous, liquid mass like thick sour cream.

Step 4: Add Kiwi To The Cupcake.

Cover the baking dish with parchment and pour the dough into it. With this amount, I managed to fill out two small forms for making bread.

Peel the kiwi, cut into thin slices and roll well in wheat flour.

Put slices of kiwi on the dough, dipping a little with your finger, but try not to get to the bottom, but be closer to the top of the cupcake.

Step 5: bake a cake with kiwi.

Bake a kiwi muffin in a preheated oven when 180 degrees (keep in mind that all ovens are different, so watch out for your pastries so that they don’t start burning from the top or bottom). You need to cook about 40 minutes. Check the dough with a toothpick, piercing in places where there is no kiwi.

Step 6: serve the kiwi cupcake.

After baking, the kiwi cake should be removed from the mold and sucked at room temperature. When serving, garnish with fresh fruit slices and powdered sugar if desired. Cut into pieces and enjoy a fragrant homemade dessert.
Enjoy your meal!
