Ingredients for making smoothies with berries and banana.
- Red currant 100 grams
- Blueberries 100 grams
- Raspberry 100 grams
- Banana 80 grams (peeled)
- Yogurt 180 grams
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Main ingredients: Banana, Redcurrant, Raspberry, Blueberry, Sugar
- Serving 2 servings
Inventory:
Blender, glass, straw, strainer, spoon.
Cooking:
Step 1: prepare a layer of red currant.

Rinse the red currants and lower them into a blender. Grind and then squeeze through a sieve. Mix the resulting juice in a blender with a tablespoon of sugar and yogurt, then pour to the bottom of the glasses.
Step 2: prepare the blueberry layers.
