Ingredients for making fritters with pears

  1. Milk 1.5 cups
  2. Dry yeast 10 grams
  3. Pears 5 pieces
  4. Cinnamon 1 pinch
  5. Sugar 2 tablespoons
  6. Eggs 3 pieces
  7. Flour 2 cups
  8. Salt 1 pinch
  9. Odorless vegetable oil for frying

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Heat the milk, dilute the yeast in it, add sugar, salt and 0.5 cups of sifted flour. Stir well and let rise.
