This low stress slow cooker spicy dip is perfect for the holidays and Super Bowl Sunday.

Notes

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and stir well to combine. Heat over low heat to melt cheese.

Place in serving bowl and serve with fresh vegetables, chips or crackers.

Alternate directions: Place all ingredients in a small crockpot and heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Keep on warm setting until ready to serve.

For the Buffalo Tuna Dip

  • 2 Pouches tuna, such as StarKist Tuna Creations Buffalo Style
  • 8 Ounces light cream cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup shredded Mexican style cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon onion, minced
  • Pepper to taste

But here I am in bed, I guess we could say on the bed and I have Buffalo Tuna Salad on my bedside table and I’m just dipping into it whenever I feel like it. Crudite is the healthy choice. It also cuts down that buffalo spice. But since I’m typing and I’m on the bed, I’m thinking clean in the way to go and I’m just spooning straight Buffalo Tuna to the face. It’s a good morning.

Yep. I’m eating it for breakfast. Maybe not the obvious breakfast choice, but A) I do what I want and B) I do what I want.
