Ingredients for Making Chocolate Muffin with Nuts
- Eggs 3 pieces (selected)
- Cocoa 50 grams
- Hot water 100 milliliters
- Butter 150 grams
- Sugar 120 grams
- Flour 150 grams
- Baking powder for dough 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sour cream / yogurt 50 milliliters
- Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts (chopped) 50 grams
- Bitter Chocolate 20 grams (for decoration)

Baking dish, mixer, plate, cup, spatula.
Making a chocolate muffin with nuts:
Step 1: breeding cocoa in water.
Pour cocoa powder with hot water and stir until it dissolves, then cover with a lid or foil and wait until the cocoa has cooled to room temperature.
Step 2: prepare the dough.
Mix the butter softened at room temperature with sugar until smooth. And then add all the eggs one at a time, stirring the mass well after each.
Add cooled cocoa and mix well.
Sift flour, mix with salt and baking powder, and then add half to the creamy mass and mix well to make a uniform dough.
Now sour cream / yogurt will go into the dough, and after you mix everything well, add the remaining flour. Again mix everything very well with a mixer.
Step 3: add the nuts.
Add chopped walnuts with vanilla extract and mix well with a spatula.
Step 4: bake a chocolate muffin with nuts.
Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees. Transfer the dough into a greased and floured form (here 11x23 centimeters). Flatten the top with a spatula and send to bake on 50-60 minutesuntil the toothpick comes out of the dough dry and clean.
Cool the cupcake a little, then remove it from the mold and leave it to cool completely.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, and pour the cake on top of it.
Wait for the chocolate to harden.
Step 5: serve the chocolate muffin with nuts.
Slice a chocolate muffin with nuts before serving. This is a delicious dessert for tea or warm milk. Try it for sure!
