Ingredients for cooking lecho with sausages

  4. Canned pepper 1 jar
  5. Tomato paste 1 jar (smallest)
  6. Water 1/2 cup
  7. Vegetable oil or 1/2 cup margarine
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Seasoning to taste

  11. Marjoram to taste

Step 1: chop the sausages.

Put the mushrooms on a plate to free the pan.

Step 3: fry the onions.

In a free pan, fry the onion sliced ​​into thin half rings until golden. Strongly do not fry it, as soon as it changes color, immediately proceed to the next step.

Step 4: prepare the lecho with sausages.

Add the tomato paste diluted in water to the fried onion and mix gently. Keep everything on medium heat, adding mushrooms, sausages, chopped pickled peppers (without marinade), as well as salt, pepper, marjoram, paprika and other spices. Warm everything together to combine flavors and aromas, and then serve hot.

Step 5: serve lecho with sausages.

Serve hot with sausages. I prefer it simply with white bread, although this is not very useful, but delicious is simply incredible! Such a simple liech, when you want to eat something like that, and you are too lazy to hang around in the kitchen.
