Separate the egg whites from the yolks
Whisk the egg whites
Mix the yolks with the oil and sugar, then add 10g of cocoa, water and flour (in which I put the baking powder). Over this composition add the egg whites and mix carefully
Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Add the ingredients and simmer for about 5 minutes
