Ingredients for Making Banana Fritters
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Buttermilk 500 milliliters
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Baking powder for dough 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Ground cardamom to taste
- Vanilla Sugar 1-2 teaspoons
- Cooking oil optional

Making banana fritters:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Beat the eggs in a sufficiently deep bowl and beat them with a fork or whisk.
Add the buttermilk and beat well again.
In a clean bowl, mix sifted flour, baking powder for batter, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and cardamom.
Now gradually mix the wet ingredients with the dry ones, kneading a uniform dough. Stir until you break all the lumps.
Peel the bananas, cut into small cubes and add them to the finished dough. Mix thoroughly so that the banana slices are evenly distributed over the dough.
Step 2: fry the banana fritters.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Since we will fry pancakes in the form, first put it in a pan. Then, with a tablespoon, fill the form with the dough and cook over medium heat until the mass sets. After the dough is partially fried, remove the form and turn the pancake over. Continue cooking until golden brown on both sides.
After frying the fritters, dip in paper towels to remove excess fat.
Step 3: serve banana pancakes.
Serve banana pancakes hot. Add to them caramel, sour cream or natural yogurt as a supplement, and you better not find breakfast! Try it for sure.
