Ingredients for Making Eggs Stuffed with Mushrooms

Cooking eggs stuffed with mushrooms:

Step 1: Cook the eggs.

Rinse the eggs well and send to a pot of cold water. Put everything on a strong fire and cook. By placing the eggs immediately in hot water, you risk the shell cracking.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, dip the eggs in the breadcrumbs with the filling down, and then put them in hot oil the same way (with the filling down).
Fry first over low heat, and then increase the power so that the crusts are crusted.
Remove the stuffed eggs from the heat and serve them hot to the table.
