Ingredients for making bran bran fritters
- Oat bran 2 tablespoons
- Wheat bran 1 tablespoon
- Corn starch 2 tablespoons
- 1 chicken egg
- Kefir nonfat 130 grams
- 3 gram baking powder
- Salt to taste

Cooking diet bran fritters:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Mix kefir and egg in a plate. Mix them with a whisk or a fork to make a homogeneous mass.
In a separate plate, mix wheat and oat bran, starch, baking powder and salt.
