- Chicken wing 1 piece (large)

Casserole, pan, garlic press, spatula.
Step 1: prepare the broth.
Pour water into the pan, dip the chicken wing, half the leek and carrot in it. Add a stalk of celery with herbs and set to boil under the lid over medium heat.
Step 2: fry the garlic.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic in it until soft.
Step 3: Cook the soup.
In a nearly cooked broth, add the roasted garlic and garlic leek (left), sliced through the garlic press.
At the same time, fry the bacon until crisp, and grate the cheese.
The soup will be ready when the chicken wing is cooked well and the vegetables are soft.
Step 4: serve the soup with smoked bacon and crackers.
Pour the prepared soup into plates, put croutons and chopped fried bacon on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve hot. The cheese will melt and make the broth richer.
